Aurora Perez’s life, an elegant and sophisticated woman, took a turn after a rear-end accident. Aurora was calmly driving to work, the red light indicated the stop and Aurora stopped. Without any warning, a car without brakes lost control and crashed hard into the back of her car. Fortunately for Aurora, she was wearing her seatbelt and this saved her life. Witnesses called an ambulance, and upon arrival the paramedics found Aurora scared but stable; she was even able to get out of the car by herself and walk, she had a pain in her neck and minor injuries, however she was transferred to the hospital to rule out serious lesions.
At the hospital Aurora’s condition was analyzed, her health was stable, but she had an unbearable pain in her neck that prevented her from turning her head and worsened if she stood or walked too much.
