5. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Refunds (if applicable) and rescheduling are subject to NovaStem’s policies. Some costs may be non-refundable (for example, preparatory work, assessments, medical staff time) depending on the stage of the treatment.

NovaStem may cancel or reschedule services on its end in exceptional circumstances (staff unavailability, emergencies, etc.), and will attempt to notify you in a timely manner.

Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or Services shall be resolved first by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration (if applicable) or brought in the competent courts of Tijuana, Baja California.
12. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court, that provision shall be severed or limited to the extent necessary so that the rest of the Terms remain in full force.

A waiver of any right under these Terms must be in writing and signed by NovaStem. The failure or delay to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
